In 2008, the Cisco Foundation selected Futures and Pipeline™ to power Cisco's Veterans Program, which focuses on hiring military veterans, easing their transition to civilian life and connecting them with educational and career opportunities in the technology field.
In 2011 Futures acquired Ideal Hire Technologies to develop and patent our skills latticing technology and follow-on tools to transform search and match functions for employers and job seekers.
In 2012, Futures played an instrumental role in the development and launch of Hero2Hired (H2H), which is one of the country’s most successful military-to-civilian hiring programs.
In 2013, the U.S. President’s Military Credentialing and Licensing Task Force selected Futures as an IT leader and Pipeline as the technology behind an IT Training and Certification Program designed to help military personnel make the difficult shift to the civilian workforce by providing training and industry recognized certifications.
